Instruments

The Institut also has an enviable collection of instruments for the use of students including organs (a copy of a 15th century instrument, a renaissance organ after Antegnati and a magnificent reproduction Silbermann organ in a restored Benedictine convent church in the neighbouring town of Villingen), many harpsichords including French, Flemish, German and Italian models, fortepianos as well as „nonstandard“ instruments of the lute, violin, viola da gamba, violone, traversflute, oboe, bassoon, historical clarinet, trumpet, horn, trombone, dulzian and cornett families and medieval instruments.

For Sale

Organ:

  • Positive organ by organ builder Lieb (Bietigheim-Bissingen) with an option on ‘Clavi-Organum’ through a small harpsichord that fits on the organ. The harpsichord should be renovated (crack in the wrestplank). The organ is in good shape.
    Compass: CD-f3, Diapason: 415/440/465 Hz.
